Leeds goalkeeper banned for Racism

Kiko Casilla has been banned for 8 games and fined £60,000 after being found guilty of racism towards a Charlton player.

If this had been a fan at the ground they would probably be banned for life. Should there be a bigger punishment for this?

It is a sackable offence to me but then Leeds have to swallow the value of the player so might end up playing again after suspension. Hard one for the club but if it was Hibs I would hope we sacked them on the spot.

That's how a fan would be treated. Why should a player be treated any differently?
