Sounds like there’s been a ticketing issue for tonight

Any tickets bought after last Friday will not have been added to ST cards.

Is this a spoof.?

If you bought tickets after 21st then it won't be loaded onto to your card.?

So how do you gain entry to the stadium then.

This was clearly communicated by the club at the time so it's probably more a case of reminding fans that don't bother to read the communications.

Sounds like you need to go to the ticket office - but that shuts at 6:45.

It's never added go your card after the general sale begins. You will have a print at home option.

9am on the 21st was the cut off date for securing your own seat. If you purchased after that time you usually can't add it to your card. I take it the issue is that this has been left on as an option in error?

There is no issue it's just a reminder.

Yes just read the original email and the latest update on the main site. I think they’re just clarifying that if an ST holder bought their own seat after the ST cut-off that it won’t be available on your ST card. Presumably some folk have assumed that would automatically happen.

OK panic over.

Understand now but thanks for the suggestion.

Aye so well done to the club for pointing this out.

Apologies all. I didn’t realise this was how it always worked - presumed because they were communicating it that it was out of the ordinary. :aok:
