Put the club in a good financial position. Created a series of task groups over three months across various aspects of the club. That forms the foundation of the plan.

Will start ticket bundles and be more creative to give more options. Special themed days. Need to do some target marketing with the new team in place to drive it.

We sent team members to other clubs like Spurs to look at what best practice is for hospitality. What can we do? We want to improve the look and feel, West suite will be upgraded. Gallery and BTG upgraded.

Looking at possibility of putting bars in the South and East. Want to make sure we are maximising all the space available at the stadium. looking to be a better player in non game day income.

Need to look at what the priorities are

Both are in our thoughts. There is a place for the singing section, all kinds of consequences to it if moved.

Leeann - have a great relationship with them and appreciate what the do, especially with displays. Give up a lot of their time. Have tried to find a new home but the FF upper hasn’t working. Wherever they move we will need to displace people. There are complexities, but it may include standing. We will make a decision for the long term.

That was Harry Swan's outlook for Hibs. If he had aimed to be the "third best club" (like some) it undercuts any real ambition.

GM - Jason Naismith playing well but got injured. In terms of short term some were brought in to cover short term injuries. It is something we want to do - we want to sign players on a permanent basis. Tried to reduce the age balance in the squad. Some worked, some have now come good, some left. I think our hit rate is better than others in our budget and marketplace

Joking aside, there’s a genuine well thought through plan to improve things. I did worry slightly when he called it ‘aspirational’ but I genuinely think he believes it’s realistic and achievable and will be holding his teams to account against the plan.

For the first time in 49 years following hibs, it feels like we are genuinely on the point of fulfilling our potential.

I’m hoping we’re going to go all in in the summer to really drive season ticket sales. No point shouting about spending x, y and z on transfers etc as clubs would then know we’ve got more money to spend thus increasing their prices. Keep it on the sly for now, but then go full tilt when the window opens.

There’s already been substantial money put in to the club to ‘kickstart’. His commitment started the day he walked in. Already new positions been filled within the staff, and a lot of what he talked about is already very far down the road. Although he’s outlined his vision tonight, the work started well before now.
