Should be announced in next few days but Friday night makes the most obvious sense based on other midweek games either side of the cup weekend

Not been decided but there was rumours in Twitter about it possibly being the Friday night.. which would be the same evening as the hall of fame dinner.

Seems odd that they haven't decided yet given Premier Sports will pick the OF ones and the BBC get the remaining two. It's not like we have to wait on Sky deciding what graveyard slot to sandwich the games in between 10 EPL ties.

Sounds like a lot of manoeuvring behind the scenes, for each team to get their perfect KO time
From a playing point of view, Friday for Hibs would be ideal, a free week and extra time before the derby. Downside is the cost of cancelling the Hall of Fame dinner

They'll have to play the Saturday. Celtic don't play till the Thursday night so no chance they'll be a Saturday game. Premier sports will want one game Saturday, one game Sunday
