View Full Version : Hearts TV programme

Apologies if this has been mentioned already but did a quick search and couldn`t see anything but that`s more than likely to be my fault.

And although the article was published in Nov, I`ve just discovered it.

A camera crew have been following the maroon balloons to record a documentary about this season. Hopefully it will be like the Sunderland one!

Yes, mentioned in a few posts, but probably doesn't have a thread of its own.

Maybe keep this one active for the key moments in their season which you would expect to be in the documentary. Such as:

Derby at Easter Road - but he who laughs last laughs longest
Levain sacking
The search for a top class manager and the arrival of Stendel
Derby at Tiny - look who's laughing now

What next?

It's going to be great entertainment. Pass the popcorn.

I honestly don't get why club would do this.

Maybe if your Man City and are guaranteed to come out of it well and add further appeal to your global fan base.

But Hearts? Add that to the list of cracking decisions by Budge.

Agree totally will only make the club even more open to ridicule if showing what goes on behind the scenes such as the Berra interview this week. I have no doubt Sunderland will have regretted agreeing to there one and think Jack Ross alluded to how uncomfortable he was with it. Can remember a previous one at Sunderland which was hysterical due to the number of expletives that Peter Reid could fit into his team talks. The Hearts one promises to be compulsive viewing. I'll bet Anne and Craig are putting pressure on the broadcaster to cut out bits of it already before its broadcast. :greengrin

They could do a documentary only on the last few weeks and it would have been hilarious but the whole season - this could win comedy awards.

Only part which shouldn’t have been in it was the ER game as Hecky messed that one up.

Boyles goals should be fun viewing though and obviously 1 Derby left to film at ER - don’t think we will get a 4th this season due to Hearts being bottom 6.

The best one ever was the Leyton Orient - Orient for a Fiver" documentary - the manager loses the plot a half time and asks a couple of players out for a fight.
