1. No, but it is fair to say that "jokes" that essentially indulge wild conspiracy theories that US foreign policy is designed and run by Jewish bankers to further their own ends, are.

The Rothschilds do generally own a very high proportion of world bank's don't they? So what he has said is in no way showing any sign of hatred or poking fun at Jewish people as a whole. Or am I misinformed as to what the Rothschild own or what an anti Semite is?

I just did a Google search "are hallyburton Jewish." The first three hits all had Rothschild in them.

It suggests that the name Rothschild and Judaism are inseperable. Thinking about Pope's tweet, it may have been better just to say "the bankers."

The Rothchild name is synonymous with Banking in the same way Murdoch is with Media, Buffet with investment and Gates with technology.

I don't the tweet is necessarily anti-semitic at all.

That tweet, in itself, is not. In my opinion.
