Greek referee's in the super league are on an indefinite strike after a 0 - 0 draw between Olympiakos and Volos. Olympiakos had a goal wrongly disallowed, and a senior Olympiakos official is suing all the officials for alleged bribery. The VAR referee's house was badly damaged by an explosive device on Sunday night following the game. Officials of both clubs almost came to blows and FIFA are threatening to suspend the league unless they get their act together.
Makes the old firm stuff look like a picnic, these people are nuts.

What team are you? My friend got chased on his moped by a gang of nutters that ran out of the Panathinikos house because he had a red top on.

The team I follow in Greece is ΟΦΗ (OFI) from Crete. I got some very dubious looks at one of their games wearing a black Hibs T shirt with the green badge. Some people were hoping it was a Panathinaikos top so they could beat the living daylights out of me. They tend to be a bit more tribal than we are, but very friendly when you're in among them.
