Newell was playing well before his injury and I think most people were starting to realise that.

He'll divide opinion because of his style but he's a good player.

He’s just never a winger and I feel quite guilty for judging him so harshly in that position earlier in the season.

When he’s been played tucked in more centrally he’s been better (not brilliant but certainly better)

Did well again. Languid style but looks a decent player

He’s a big lad, should through himself about a bit more as when he does he tends to win the shoulder to shoulder or test of strength.

Very comfortable on the ball and his 1-2’s where he drifts inside are very good and difficult to mark.
