What a shift he put in today, absolutely colossal. Hope often have we seen the Hearts centre backs made to look like Baresi and Maldini, pipe and slippers job, in Edinburgh Derbies of late?

Far too often, but that came to a long overdue end today. Competed for everything, bashed that snaggle toothed hoof merchant Berra all day long.

Yup, he's taylor made for derbies. Fought like a trojan today. Hecky subbing him was a big reason we lost the derby earlier this season. We lost all physical presence when he went offthat day.
