Does that mean Morelos misses game against us or is it 7 days before suspension kicks in?

Should be automatic next game for a red card

It’s two yellows not a straight red

I thought two yellows was a delayed suspension?

It doesn't make any difference, he still misses the next game.

If you get too many bookings you miss a match 14 days after you've gone through the threshold.

Being sent off in a game will always result in an immediate ban of at least one game.

Pity they'll just stick in Defoe who scored a hatttrick against us last time

Defoe is a better finisher than Morelos.

But you can bully him out the game easier. All about stopping him getting the ball to feet.

How come Fringpong isn’t suspended today for his straight red last week?

He was sent off in a different competition and will serve his suspension in Celtic's first League Cup match of next season.

Porteous was sent off v Killie and missed next league match
Rules however do not apply to the sectarian teas

The rules do apply, Porteous was sent off for violent conduct which is dealt with differently. Frimpong wasn't.

Moreleos is a bigger threat hence why Defoe is always on the bench. Him not playing is undoubtedly a boost for us.

Still I always thought a straight red rules out of next game any competition a double yellow the next game in that comp.

Serious foul play not violent conduct but your point stands otherwise.

So if he's picked up enough points does that rule him out of there OF game on the 29th as well? Is that not 14 days since his red yesterday?

Indeed he did but the way we performed at the back that afternoon I could have scored 3

He’s barely got any disciplinary points this season IIRC.

Is that coz he is allowed to commit a dozen fouls before being spoken too?

Mind Kamberi being booked at Tynie after 3 fouls and the ref giving it the big "I will point all three fouls out" before booking him.
