Guy who works with students filming for uni told me. No UK stream but should be live 15 mins before kick off outside UK.

They just told me UEFA restrictions prevent them from showing it. I interpret that as not showing it full stop.
Well, this is all a bit confusing. I'm about to sign up but it seems you have to commit to paying to be able to see what their offering and I'd really rather not pay 7 EUR to find out they're not showing it.

No one is allowed to show any live games from a top tier league on the same night as Champions League fixtures IIRC.

I thought that restriction had been lifted a year or two back, or am I thinking of something else?

No, you are correct. It was lifted for about a season and is now back in place.
