I always assumed this would be the case. Recovery days are pretty much the most important sessions any athletes do.

Under Hecky it was injured players only who came in Sunday after the Saturday game.

Players are regularly out on a Saturday night after games, a few of them were out together after the Aberdeen game, be surprised if they were out until 3am with training in a few hours.
