One thing I noticed today, thought it was worth mentioning, was the fact that at 2-1 up, there seemed to be less nervousness from the crowd. Not the usual groans whenever Motherwell attacked late on, and a rousing reception for every tackle, interception or clearance made. Might be reading too much into it, but I feel like it’s got to make a difference to the players’ confidence. Hopefully 3 points in Paisley on Tuesday and the atmosphere will be positive against Killie as well!

Not a criticism but thought the crowd would have been bigger considering it was a positive manager appointment and the 1-4 win against Saints?

It was pishing down and pretty dreich to be fair. I think the weather puts some folk off nowadays sadly. And I think some of the traffic stories will have kept a few away too. I live local and the road changes and tram works aren’t good. I avoid the new junction at the bottom of Easter Road at all costs at certain times.

Progress, noticeable but gradual. There was a potent rise in the support during one of Motherwell's attacks at 2-1 and I genuinely think it might have made the difference.

We draw that game 2-2 under Hecky.

:agree:

Money in the Bank for HIBS

A couple missing that usually sit near me but apart from that I thought the ground filled up nicely considering

Word of mouth and they will come back :greengrin

:agree: I am in the West and both it and the East looked fuller than usual, despite the awful weather.

Certainly, the atmosphere was superb throughout, especially the roar of encouragement when we went one down.

Crowd was decent yesterday and gave good backing.

Under Hecky that would never have happened.

Watched the highlights of goals on sky sports and really doesn’t look great empty seats behind both ends.

I know it was raining but still so annoying we can’t fill FF lower.

I'm sure the weather made a big difference to the walk-up numbers. I walked from Waverley to ER and was absolutely soaked through by the time I got there.

If we can keep up the improvement in performances I'm sure the crowds will increase again (barring weather like yesterday).

I thought the noise after the 2nd was the loudest it’s been in a while. Support is re-engaging.
