If you can't be bothered driving round and round looking for on street parking you can use the multi storey car park at the Designer Outlet. It's a pay car park, but it's only 50p per hour and you're guaranteed a spot. It's literally across the road from the stadium.

There's a small industrial estate up next to Livingston Village. You walk through the underpass, down over the bridge across the Almond and you're at the stadium in 5 minutes. Free, and easy to get away after the game.
