Looking very dapper (decided against the shirt, tie and trackies combo). That man knows how to walk.

Unless you're an actor or whatever, being filmed walking like that is really hard to do (there must be someone else on here who's done it). You don't want to look like you're mincing along so you end up walking like John Wayne.

Just on the basis of that clip I'm already well impressed by JR.

What impressed me was he wasn't pushing and pulling at the door that was locked then pulling instead of pushing on the other door.

That's what happens in real life!

I’ve heard that he’s walked in with cakes, shown everyone his six pack, called Alex Harris a bellend and ****ed off to Asda to buy a bottle of mad dog 20/20.

Good source.

I think what he eats for lunch will be the ultimate indicator of how successfull he'll be in his new roll.

That indicator is a bit out of date

If he can manage a team half as good as he walks then we'll be flying in no time

You're seriously deluded, mate.

I know loads of folk who walk very well. Very well indeed.

As far as I know, neither they, nor their staff or even their families can fly.

Clearly JR walks one way and does another. Ross out!

Ultimately that will depend on what was in his roll.

However I do think he'll do very well in his new Managerial role.

You walk slower when being filmed. Watch for it in movies. Unless the take involves actually jogging running etc, its almost half pace of real life.

He spent the whole morning getting the walk right when he should have been coaching the team.

I'm hearing the players are not happy at having to learn how to "walk the walk " a few have demanded to speak to Rod about it.

Can this man do any wrong?

As a 46-year-old, I’m way too excited about seeing what Ross does for us, compared to what I should be. If he does well, man-crush beckons. It won’t be up to the levels of my Sauzee or Scotty Allan man-crushes obviously but it should still be an honour for him, if it happens.

No cardigan and a vastly more fashionable long sleeve polo than Heckingbottom ever sported.

We have ourselves a winner here.

What, first take Jack?

Don’t be ridiculous.

In the unlikely event that he didn’t nail it at the first time of asking, the important thing is that the clip that went out is the real deal.

The man is a pro.

Liked Hibs Instagram comment about him being contractually obligated to refer to HTC as "a world class facility".

Reminds me a bit of the guy who played Eddie Santini in The Bill.
