How's John Hughes thought of at Falkirk

Surely with Falkirk's budget in League 1 this is prime time for "Resources" Houston?

I thought he was quite highly regarded but a cursory glance at Twitter suggests he wouldn't be a particularly popular appointment.

Go for it Falkirk.

Hope so, otherwise Budge will be competing against another big and famous club to try and land her big name.

Pray for Hearts.

McKinnon's career over?

Aye I think so a quick declinea few years ago when he went to Dundee united I was worried that he lead them to automatic promotion ahead of us. The decline is due in part to his tendancy to jump ship for better offers.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy 😂

He's not taken the Hearts job yet, so I presume he still wants to be involved in football.

Remember him celebrating as if United had won the league when they fluked that 1-0 win over us. Tager of a guy.

It’s the old ‘Grass isn’t greener’ thing.
Highly regarded at Raith while learning his trade but since then he’s been average at best.

I’m not so sure it’s the club necessarily. They’ve just had a couple of bellends in charge. I used to like Falkirk, proper wee club although I think they’ve suffered with their move to the new soul-less stadium.

And my uncle Dod played for them, so that’s more likely where my soft spot comes in.

After the supporters rep writing to the club asking
for Yogi to be sacked and the furore that caused I
doubt he would even think about going back.

Mutant fans as well

Their behaviour during 15-16 when they thought we were their "rivals" was pathetic, especially after the 2-2 at ER where they came back from 2 down in the last five minutes.

That said, they're my local team and I hope they do better than they've been doing recently.

My thoughts exactly. Always enjoyable going to their old brockville ground.

I remember them breaking the barrier between fans when they equalized. 5 minutes later Keatings scored a worldy to promote us.

Used to like Falkirk too, however it's their fans I can't stand.
