Key Fob copying

I have lost my main front door entry into building key fob. My wife has hers but its a pain with City building telling me 2 weeks to get somebody out. Do any of you know if these can be duplicated? It looks like Picture:

I don’t think anyone can clone them as you need access to the actual system codes to be able to add a new fob to.
