Any highlights of the middle game out there? An amazing performance, especially the first half where we could have been out of sight, Sproule, Riordan and O'Connor terrorising their defence and Brown/Thomson strolling it in midfield.

Great atmosphere in the old East with a few songs in memory of the recently deceased George Best as well. Bidding Ferguson a fond farewell from the pitch after he finally snapped at getting the pish ripped out of him and getting himself sent off is a particularly warm, fuzzy and happy memory.

I can’t find any just now but I’ll have a look later. My best memory of that game was after it in the pub and we agreed legitimately that we are better than Rangers it wasn’t just a one off.

I know, it was an amazing period to be a hibee! The place was rammed at every big game and we took that crowd to Ibrox knowing we could win where as when I went to the Ivan game it was in hope more than anything else :greengrin. Sure the Rangers game was just a few games after we beat hearts 2-0 to stop that unbeatable pap too.

That was a great period to be watching Hibs up against the Old Firm, each time you would go into ER very confident of a win with no fear whatsoever of coming up against them.
