Just wondering if anyone who contributed to the recent auction took up Hibernian Historical Trust’s invitation to view the medals on Monday evening?

much to my regret I wasn’t able to make it

It was a lovely evening, Lauries wife and son were both there
and happy to speak to everyone.
The medals and display are very impressive, well worth doing the tour.
Ron, Leeann and Pat Stanton were also in attendance and were very
approachable.
While watching a DVD of Laurie playing Ron was amazed at the
size of the old east terracing and crowds. I think he is still learning
about our club and history. (Well there is a lot.)
I would like to thank Hibernian Historical trust for the invitation
and a special thanks to Tom whose knowledge and love of Hibs
are amazing.

I do not think anyone anybody asked Leeann or Ron about the event
earlier that day because we were there to honour a true Hibs legend.
