People who talk about an "Arms Race" are usually participating but just pissed off that the other guy has more spending power than them.

Cormack falls right into that category.

As for Rangers and Celtic? One has loads of cash in the bank, the other needs £10m just to get to the end of the season.

Maybe he should've objected to his chairman, Stewart Milne, practically falling over himself to welcome Rangers back into the top flight in 2016.

And they should have stood firm with the other clubs to change the 11v1 / 10v 2 rule
