What is it going to take?

In all seriousness, what is it actually going to take for someone at the club to stand up and get rid of him? This form is beyond unacceptable. He should have been sacked on the spot after the Hearts defeat yet he is still here and there are zero noises coming from ER. A slight improvement on performance matters nothing. It's a results based business and we aren't getting results.

Sort it out Hibs before everyone drifts off again. Me included.
