BBC News - Ginger Baker: Legendary Cream drummer dies aged 80
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-49827436

The word legend is way overused but this giant of a musician is one. Saw him play with Hawkwind but have heard him with many bands. A famously difficult character but what a drummer. RIP

I am getting old! Loads of my musical heroes are beginning to die. In one of the recent Classic Rock magazines he gave an interview and he had to stop it early due to the pain he was in. RIP Ginger. Great drummer with one of the greatest bands
