Student Tickets

I have purchased a couple of tickets for the Celtic match for two students from the Czech Republic.

I notices on the online booking confirmation that tickets will not be posted out until matriculation cards have been presented.

How is this supposed to happen? What is the point of posting out a ticket if the student has to come to Easter Road to show their matriculation card first.

You can email a copy of your student card to the ticket office.

if your friends are students they will have their own student ID to show when they are here when the tickets are being picked up.

This has always been the standard procedure with Student ticket purchases.

Dont blame Hibs blame those who have tried to purchase tickets on the cheap!

I emailed the club and they told me I needed a scan of the Matriculation Cards.

I got this from the students and was about to send it to them. However I looked in the post and the tickets had already arrived! Do I need to send the information in now?

They are from the Czech Republic, both Slavia Prague fans. One of them went to the Womens' Champions League match against Slavia last week and was obviously so impressed with Easter Road that he wanted to come back with his girlfriend.
