Looks like the ongoing debacle about UK coverage of La Liga has finally been resolved:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49646231

Premier Sports is looking more and more worthwhile. All of the Pro14 rugby, Scotland rugby internationals, Serie A, La Liga and the NHL.

It’s got ridiculous.

This will be interesting to see how it works out when Premier Sport launch the La Liga channel. How many will pay to watch it. Sky and BT obviously went nowhere near the tender. They obviously think it doesn’t attract enough subscribers for the outlay.

I am not too fussed. Sometimes less football on Sky helps show more build-up and post match on Sky etc. La Liga doesn’t really bother me.
