Kilmarnock away AST Payments (Again)

Once again, like Motherwell I've been overcharged for this fixture. £44 taken for an Adult and Child ticket which should have cost me £27. I would urge other AST holders to check their bank accounts.

Just received an email from the TO regarding this, a bug with the system apparently.


Hi all

There is a small bug in the system when payments are being taken for the away season tickets, for some reason under 16 and under 21 tickets are not pulling through at the correct prices and have defaulted to the adult price.

I will have all refunds issued this afternoon for you and can only apologise for this inconvenience.

I have reported the issue to ticket master who are looking into why this has happened.

I appreciate your understanding at this time.

Unfortunately money has been taken for mine correctly. I hope you get it sorted soon, the ticket office have to get this sorted, twice in a row taking incorrect amounts is shocking

So home games they make it difficult for us to get in and away games we are overcharged without them being in a hurry to give the money back.Clearly boosting customer service to new heights.

I'd get removed from the ATS if I blocked payments. Fans reps should be all over this. Two matches in a row this has happened, I'm not the only one either. I spoke to others at Motherwell who had not been refunded.

Rubbish. We will always have a hardcore of 500-600 that go every week, there are fans that could not get registered on the ATS that go to every away game.

Yep and the smallest allocation is 800-900 at Parkhead & Ibrox so pretty pointless...

Also i've been to various games (granted midweek) were we had well less than 500-600 when we were utter pish (as we are just now)

Because I was putting it out there that there had been yet another error with payments so other members of the elite AST group could check their accounts in case.
