Who’s in charge of the general operations of the club as it’s no where near good enough.

Ticketing
Entry issues
Catering
Marketing
Facilities run down in corporate areas
BTG’s

These things should just happen smoothly, changes tested before gong live and feedback sought after implementation.

You are absolutely correct with that one HC. Loyalty points were working fine until our CEO bowed to pressure from certain season ticket holders. As has been stated on this and other forums major clubs in Scotland and England operate schemes without any hitches but we cant. Fnucking ridiculous.....surely Leanne with her abilities in business must be looking at this and saying......I made a mistake...….most people can see that but will she? She is keeping an extremely low profile now anyway for some reason so lets see what happens on that front!!! GGTTH

Ive corresponded with you since last night KP and appreciate your help .... Can me and my ambulant disabled nephew pay at the gate if I take his proof through? The ground will be half empty.... Hibs are not helpful which I will discuss when I meet you as they can request additional disabled tickets but simply won't for some reason. My nephew always had maximum points.... there were approximately 500 of us when the loyalty points scheme was in place. Its a shambles now and I think I've missed 5 games in 10 years but totally losing faith in the Club now unfortunately. And before anybody talks about ASTs my nephew wants to sit with his pals who can't go every week. Sorry for the rant

KP can the club also communicate with Motherwell for everybody attending to be told the same thing, whether that is to “sit in their allocated seat” or to “sit anywhere”? Nothing worse than different fans being given different direction by stewards.

If tickets are issued to those that PATG then it should remain allocated seating to save any hassle/stupidity
