I think I remember seeing something about English games being on then instead of evenings.

Where you travelling from HP ? i usually bus it up from South Wales . Flights from Cardiff are pretty expensive

You are correct. BT Sports will be broadcasting the Saturday lunchtime EPL games and the Saturday evening games EPL games will be shown on Sky Sports.

Maybe a daft question, but assuming the Celtc game will now be played on the Sunday considering their involvement in the Europa League (assuming they'll still be in it)? Will it still be on TV and at the same time?

They wouldnt have a game in the midweek before our game with them anyway so the game will definitely be on the Saturday

No, they don’t have a European game the week before they play us.
