Plenty of smaller Edinburgh / Scottish Brewery's that hibs could partner with. Its increasingly common here after The Phoenix struck a deal for the Local Brewery, The Garage Project to produce a special beer that would appeal to all punters. GP now have 4 beers on tap at all home games.

Talk of being a community should be backed up by striking more deals with community businesses. Pilot would be ideal.

I’d rather the club maximised income where possible so they can put the strongest team out on the pitch.
