Much welcomed news amongst the doom and gloom at the moment. I hope he hits the ground running and reproduces the form of last season.

Hope not. He’s all the tools to be a Scotland centre half for years.

Good news but lets remember he's been injured for a while and it will take a good couple of months to get back to any form of level where he's competing for a place.

When fit he's our number 1 centre half, leaving the rest to fight it out for the other spot if playing a flat back 4.

Great news, I'm a massive fan of Porto. A real asset to the team.

Absolutely not. He’s nowhere near good enough on the ball to play midfield imo. Hanlon however is a different story.

No way. If he doesn't win his first tackle and header. Then follow it up with a defence splitting pass after nutmegging half the opposition team I am going to say he has never been the same since his injury.

I will then come on every week highlighting any mistakes. That will make it a FACT.So there.

Agree good news but simply can’t be rushed If he can’t play in First Team for another few months so be it He needs to build up his fitness and stamina and play a few development games to see how he goes
Look what happened when Lennon threw him back into soon same injury reoccurred very quickly when playing

There is no rush for him. We are very healthy on CHs

Agree

However is it just me or did he seem much more comfortable to m the ball when he first started getting appearances? I remember him looking like a Hanlon lite in his first few games but that could just be my memory failing me
