Been waiting on it dropping through the letterbox for a while now for that reason, I changed my address when I renewed.

They were working on them in the Ticket Office yesterday when I went in to collect my Dunfermline tickets. Said they would be sent out in the next couple of weeks.

Purchased 2 seats for the Newcastle game on 22nd from our reserved seats, and they arrived this morning. Still no season tickets though. It's like they're making work for themselves.

If I'd had my card, I'd have just added the Newcastle game to it, instead, the ticket office have had to send out paper tickets for the game.

Anyone been able to do this or have the same problem?
I assume this has something to do with getting your season ticket on a mobile device?

Just had a call from the ticket office and they told me they have a small backlog of tickets that haven’t been posted for various reasons... the reason my daughter’s hadn’t been posted was down to her ST not being associated with my ST ref... which is strange as I purchased them at the same time, pay for them through the same finance agreement and we live together etc, etc, etc... so they just wanted to check she wasn’t attending alone!

It getting sent out this evening/tomorrow so should have it as soon as the mail will deliver it.

Hope this update helps others who are waiting on theirs.

I wondered that as well. I'm assuming one day we'll try to log on and there will be a message for us to change the log on procedure.
