I know that these things are overdone, but should we have a minutes round of applause at the 28th minute as a thank you to Sir Tom Farmer for the 28 years he's spent with the club turning us around? Would be fantastic to have an immediate show of appreciation for what he's done before, and certainly long term we should be naming a stand after him. Immediate term though, would be nice to have a semi organised "thank you" to him.

Totally agree with the posts below re: getting him on the pitch at half time for an official, organised show of appreciation but would be nice to have an immediate, unofficial one as well.

I think he should be on the pitch at half time on the first game of the season, that way he could see the appreciation from the fans and give us all a wave.
