You would think that the strip will be released this week. If not they're missing a trick

Dnipro Kids (https://www.facebook.com/Dnipro-Kids-535008203341668/) will be there so if you want to find out how your donations are helping to care for Ukraine's orphans keep an eye out for their stall :flag:

Just a wee bump for this. Some new displays for this year and some displays/photos that will only be out for the day. There's also a family zone in the Famous Five with some fun activities for the children.

Why’s that?

Other commitments mainly family all ends of the spectrum today. Can’t exactly bump my dad or the kids other grandad to take them to ER and justify doing so.

Alternatively, great way to spend Fathers day for Hibs fans.

Ideally it would but unfortunately many dads have to be selfless on such occasions and it can’t really be justified. If it was next week then there would be no issue at all and I would still ask for it for Father’s Day.

The open day is part of the Leith Festival which finishes today. It is part of a programme of events of which the open day at Easter Road is just a small part.

Does everyone really spend all day doing ‘Father’s Day’ things? Can’t say it’s a day that has ever meant that much to me, find these things a bit manufactured, though my 8 year old got me a lovely card.

We’re all intending on popping along to the stadium, hope the day is a big success.

Ah okay, didn’t realise that mate. Last week would have been more popular then. I’m just bitter a cannae go.

Generally have to go and visit two sets of parents etc. Not really a Father’s Day for me but not really the point.

Very enjoyable hour plus spent at Easter Road looking around at all the displays (there are many), and just having a general nosy about.

Given a leaflet with a route to follow, and you just please yourself, wasn't guided or anything.

Some fantastic memorabilia on display, loads to look at if that is your thing, tons of photo opportunities.

Loads of families there with kids like my daughter in their Hibs tops, great signs for the future. The club shop looked like it was doing some good business. Still a lot of the away white tops on sale in different sizes for a bargain £15.

Very well organised, big thank you to The Hibernian Historical Trust.:top marks

Just spent a fantastic 90 mins at the open day. Highlight for me was meeting Pat Stanton. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only a living legend but a real gentleman. Made my day.

It's Paul Hanlon's testimonial dinner next Sunday.
