The appointment of Steve Clarke as Scotland boss got me thinking about international football and the whole idea that, for any players in each squad, at that given time you are considered to be one of the best 25 people from your entire country at your job.

This applies to Gary Kenneth.
And to Ian Black

Was hilarious when Garry Kenneth turned down a new contract at United in 2012 because he wanted to go to the Championship, only to find himself on trial at Airdrie a couple months later.
