Living wage compliant? Should be about £15 an hour with all the tasks involved!

Painting steps - East needs anti slip paint
Doing numbering on seats and steps
Power wash stairs and sides of stands
Tidying up the junk around side of pitch
Fixing cracks in walls : west upper toilets for example

Just for starters !

I'd like to see breakdown of annual salaries from administrative staff such as the in the TO and the Maintenance guys to see if Hibs pay well or not. Purely out of curiosity.

Most stadiums could benefit from power washing the seats. Ours are quite dirty, but some stadiums are a total disgrace.

Have to say Ibrox was quite clean and tidy at the weekend... unlike the home fans.
