I am hoping to get to Killie on Saturday. I don't want to buy an advance ticket in case it falls through.

I assume that I will be able to get a ticket at the stadium on Saturday. Is this right?

Almost certainly. Rugby Park has a capacity that's about 3 times larger than the average crowd on a non-OF day.

The away end holds about 4,000 and there's usually about 1,500 Hibs Fans, so you should be OK.

I got a ticket from a booth just outside the away end the last time. I expect it'll be the same for this game.

Last away game of the season. Saturday at 3 o’clock.

We’ll take a decent crowd and a lot of folk will make it a day out.

I think that Hibs were at Killie in the final match of the relegation season in 1998. The away stand was very well filled back then.

Shame the team didn't turn up.

No I read there would be 600 hibs fans there today so that cannot be correct.

To be fair to HC, we’ve regularly taken 500/600 to Killie, have done for a number of years

We’ve taken much bigger supports than 500 to Rugby Park most times in my experience. There are exceptions but to my mind it’s usually a well attended fixture.

I’m surprised this time though as I was reliably informed on here last night that Hibbies were punting tickets after last week’s defeat.

Normally the codswallop comes after the game.

There was a boy on here punting 2 adult tickets for £30 taking a £14 loss! We were also approached before the game asking if we needed tickets folk wanted rid.

In mine as well.

If HC is honest, he would admit he was just being a tad miserable when making his prediction.

Who really cares,1500 hundred Hibs were there pity the team didn't try a leg.

And your point is? Does it matter what price the tickets were? The bottom line is that 1510 fans turned up for a game that meant very little.

I should add that I got the 2 tickets for £30 even although 3 of us were going. I just paid at the gate for myself

The point is some folk were desperate to get rid. I couldn't care if you bought them or not.

And people who were paying at the gate would buy them, it means nothing. There are tickets being sold outside every ground every week it’s no big deal. I genuinely couldn’t care what size of away support we take in fact some of my best away days have been when there were only a couple of hundred of us
