Won promotion at the first attempt.

Well run club and a great day trip. Looks like they will replace Dundee.

I'd like us to try and pick up Jamie Lindsay. Good player, eye for goal, strong, powerfully built.

I also like their big centre half (Grevosti?), number 44 I think. Powerful lad, good ball player as well.

The Livi goalie replied to one of the tweets with a photo of a bottle he received for getting MOTM versus Celtc. The only thing is it had the Aberdeen badge on it rather than the Celtc badge

At the other end of things, I fancy Dundee to go down again next season. They’re brutal.

Delighted purely for selfish reasons, if Caley can do it too I'd be over the moon 😁

I just hope we don't see another Gretna situation. They collapsed so so quickly when their owner passed away.

Was very impressed with them at the start of the season in the LC, played some nice football and gave us a good game. Two co-managers seem to have done a great job.

One of the best away days in the league and as others have said a 4 sided ground and a grass pitch, what's not to like apart from the fact that no doubt both Hibs away games with then next season ( should we have 2 ) will be 12:15 kick offs or 8:45 on a Wednesday.

Its true they are a rich mans plaything …. but at least he tries to run them properly as a community club.

Congratulations Fonts :aok:

Nah, they'd be 7:45 on a Friday.

Probably :agree:

When I was there it was for the cup tie a few years ago, we went up in the morning and stayed overnight, B&B was cheap as chips and being able to pile into the pub after the game was a blast, we got on really well with the Ross County fans … they had won mind you. If the game was on a Friday night I would recommend going down that route :greengrin

Delighted for the Staggies. Been up there a couple of times now and enjoy it immensely. Four hour drive, meet my daughter off the train, dump the bag at the digs in Snecky, beer then train up the line to Dingwall. Locals are great.

Their average attendance is almost as much as the town of Dingwall itself.

In the 98/99 season, I was up against the fence at brock ville and a boy in orange popper trackies was giving it the d generation x 'suck it' patter. Ever since then, I've not really liked them.

Also, they absolutely mugged us in the 2015(?) Scottish Cup semi.

Further, every Falkirk fan I've met (bar one) has been a massive rasper.

I should make it clear, I've no problem with dx (with the exception of being a big bret Hart fan) I just thought it was ridiculous.

I just hope we don't see another Gretna situation. They collapsed so so quickly when their owner passed away.I'm never sorry to lose a club that constantly lives above and outside it's means. I'm talking in general terms so it's not particularly about Ross County. how anyone thought Gretna was sustainable was beyond belief.

there should be much much bigger penalties through out football for what is essentially financial doping.

They weren't living outside their means though? The owner died and the money stopped, they weren't shafting creditors fully in the knowledge they'd never be able to pay them back, ala Hearts and Rangers.

A club being propped up by a chairman is sustainable though. We had enough help from Tom Farmer through some vulnerable years.

I'll save my ire for those who cheat/ deliberately or carelessly fall into difficulties.

As far as I can see County are a well-run wee club who deserve credit for what they have achieved.

There’s a route Bristol to Inverness that I’d like to do. Have a night out in Inverness.

Was going to do it last season but the away game was on my Birthday. No way I could FO for the weekend on my birthday and leave the family, so it never happened.
