‘I sold my seat via Ticket Exchange. How do I get my discount?’

If you used our Ticket Exchange platform and your seat successfully sold, your club cash credit will be applied at the basket stage of your new season ticket purchase. Please note that if you use Ticket Exchange after purchasing your season ticket for 2019/20, your club cash will be redeemed against your subsequent season ticket purchase in 2020/21.


Ah. They didn’t say that to me.
I had bought and couldn’t be there for Celtic or Hearts so contacted the club, they said they can’t apply the discount at the ticket office but I’d already renewed so said that’s fine, go ahead.
Didn’t know about next season.

Ach well.
I'd hope that we'd be able to apply the credit against home cup games as well. Will find out at some point next season.
