Help adding a video from my mac?

Found a video on my phone of a couple of users of this site after the cup final, while im trying to free up some space.

Have transferred it to my mac, how do i go about posting it here for them to watch?

Tried the usual methods but nothing is happening?:confused:

Never thought of doing that, i just thought there was an easy way to do it using the add files thingy at the top? :greengrin

... Have you tried using the "Insert video" icon when you post a message?
