Jack Docherty (the actor who plays the commissioner) is a Hibby I believe.

Also did a character McGlashan years ago on a program called "Absolutely" - that character I believe is also supposed to be a Hibby

Some great clips on Youtube of said character, including one where he reads the news, which is very funny
