A Palestinian-owned school building that was under construction, in the Shuafat refugee camp, in occupied East Jerusalem was demolished by Israeli forces’ bulldozers Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses recount dozens of Israeli occupation forces escorting the bulldozers into the refugee camp, while others closed off traffic at the checkpoint near the school.
The Israeli forces then, reportedly, surrounded the al-Razi School from rooftops of nearby buildings while students and faculty were evacuated prior to the demolition. According to multiple witnesses, there were drones observed flying above the two-story school building and rubber-coated steel bullets fired on locals in the camp.
The owner of the demolished school building, Muhammad Alqam, insists that he issued all necessary permits at the Israeli Jerusalem Municipality before beginning construction. Alqam was assured that the area belonged to the United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA).
There was no prior notice of the demolition before it took place, says Saleh Alqam, principal of the al-Razi school and an official reason for the demolition is yet to be confirmed.
Despite the requisite preparations being carried out, the demolition order was issued, in November, by Israeli authorities.
The United Nations has consistently condemned Israel for the practice of illegal demolition, since 2015.
The al-Razi School had registered about 400 kindergarten and elementary students for the upcoming school year for the new building.

Makes you wonder just how much influence the Israeli state has in western media. The flaw of equating criticism of Israel's actions with anti-semitism never gets mentioned. What does get mentioned (and stuck on repeat) is that any opposition to zionist ideology makes you some sort of nazi apologist.
How long is this issue going to be ignored?

They have complete control of western media and the banking system.
They don't. It's comments like that which allow criticism of Israel to be equated to anti semitism.
Israel has a strategic importance to the western powers and, certainly in the case of the US, Jewish political lobby groups hold considerable influence. They are also a key voting demographic.
That's not an endorsement of US and UK policy on Israel and Palestine; it's a political explanation rather than 'the Jews control the banks and media'.

Is it specifically Jewish influence or does the political influence of Israel include the minority Arab Israeli population and politicians? Or when folk call them out they get labelled as anti-semetic.
People tend to be labelled as anti-semitic in this context for one of three reasons:
1. Their comments are actually anti-semitic and make anti-semitic statements
or
2. Their comments wrongly conflate the state and government of Israel and its actions with Jews generally
or
3. Their comments are not anti-semitic but they are accused of this by others to avoid engaging properly with a discussion.
I don't know how the three categories above would break down in percentage terms but these days the levels of actual anti-semitism to be seen on social media in particular are remarkably high. Hard to tell whether that's because it is on the rise, whether these people always thought this way but now feel more confident to say it in public or whether social media just gives every ouanquere a trumpet to blow.
Clearly anti-semites have a wide range of motives but those who are pro-Palestinian and indulge in this stuff really are among the worst enablers of Israeli state violence and repression. It's just handing an air shield to everything they do, beneath which Palestinian rights can be trampled.

Do Fox and Al Jazeera report World events in the same way? The Guardian and the FT? The BBC and the SBA? The idea there isn't a 'balance' in information available for those who actually want it is laughable.
As for your question about who actually 'owns' the Federal Reserve it's about as clear as mud. Again given the hints you have dropped I'm hopeful you will enlighten us.

1: Balanced media - We are talking about Western Media Outlets, if you think they are balanced when reporting on the Israeli state then fair enough, many will disagree.
2: Who owns the federal reserve -

I suspect it’s nothing compared with the actions that would be undertaken by Palestinians and the surrounding Countries if Israel were to lose control.
It must be quite a scary position to be in. To a large degree flanked by people who don’t even recognise your right to exist, especially with the spectre of the holocaust looming large in the Jewish Israeli psyche.
It doesn’t help that debate is so fanatically polarised. Everyone seems to be entrenched in one camp or the other. Ofcourse each side is totally right, because the way forward is so clear. Right?

Israel are hated in the middle east because they are jews, jews who the arab race are going to totally destroy - every man woman and child. I often wonder how Israel thinks this all ends? How long do they think the can continue their aggressive behaviour towards their neighbours and their confiscation of Palestinian land? At some point in the future there will be a day of reckoning just because of the size of the populations surrounding them.

None of the populations surrounding them have state of the art nuclear weapons, the world's best conventional weaponry, an intelligence infrastructure feared all over the world, the world's only military superpower as trusted ally, a total disregard for brownskinned life, and have a track record of invading and killing their neighbours again and again.

The other thing that suits them is the strongman regimes that are in power on their borders, some secular some non secular, that are currently brutally repressing their own populations in Egypt, Saudi and Turkey, and are essentially allies of Israel and Trump and have no real interest in the Palestinian question.

Arafat made a monumental error when he backed Saddam. The vitriol towards Palestinians in Saudi at the time was quite shocking and loads of them were immediately sacked and deported. They tend to have long memories over there which is of course, one of the problems.

If I was i was in charge over there I'd be doing everything I could to make the people "on the ground" from all creeds to have the best possible lives, decent hospitals, schools, jobs etc... Make it a place people want to "be". Try to have everyone mixing like hundreds of years ago when Jerusalem, for example, was a melting pot of peoples (mostly) getting along.
Don't get me wrong, Israel obviously has its enemies, but if it sorted itself out at home then they'd get so much more support around the world when combating said adversaries.

This is the kind of baseless justification that kept the National Party in power under apartheid South Africa. A pretence of fear of being 'swamped' by brown skinned neighbours, fatuous claims of the inherent violent nature of the black Africans, theological justification based on misreadings of religious scripture. It's the Apartheid playbook. There was of course no threat of a military nature against Botha's regime, and there's no threat of Israel being challenged militarily from it's neighbours either, as I've already pointed out. Well, aside from gangs of teenagers chucking stones at soldiers armed with state of the art weaponry. And you pin the native population down in smaller and smaller enclaves with no jobs no water and no hope.

I worked in Saudi Arabia for 7 years and you'd be surprised how many people view Hitler as a hero. They absolutely detest Israel with a passion that is quite hard to understand at times, given some of them have had western educations. Admittedly, the select few, but the point still stands. It's quite shocking in a way, but that's the way it is over there. Even the Jordanians had similar views, and it leaves you with the inevitable thought that nothing will change. I tried debating with some Egyptian workers on the basis that some Israeli's will be peace loving people who would like to live in harmony with their neighbours. The proverbial lead balloon which seemed to bring an instant barrage of hatred and stories about how wicked all Jews are. When you work there for a while you become accustomed to certain subjects which should never be brought up in polite company and Israel (you can only call it Palestine, no maps mention the "I" word) is right up there. This viewpoint is of course supported by the powers that be as every night on the news there was a "today the enemy Israeli army" topic to remind you who should hate and why. Sadly, meaningful dialogue still seems as far away as it ever was.
