Just watching this mental story on Sky News. A tattoo shop owner in England has been jailed for splitting a tongue, removing a nipple and taking off someone's ear. This was all paid for and requested by his customers

Very harsh on the guy, clearly being made an example of. There also seems to be precedence for consent being a defence.

I can see why there would be a crack down as there is a clear public health risk but not the fairest way to go about it imo.
