A football-free day for me, was going to have a drive up to Blackpool for fish and chips and all that. Until I saw that Bloomfield Road is hosting "Rangers Legends v Liverpool Legends", with the Pleasure Beach hosting the "sash bash" which is essentially a load of flute bands and the "Prodclaimers". Genuinely thought it was a wind up, but glad I've known beforehand!

I thought you were on the wind-up with the "Prodclaimers" but...dear oh dear. Can't get the "social club" scene from Trainspotting 2 out of my mind!

Going to Buxton V Scarborough in the NPL from Leamington .

Now is a crucial game for the play offs due to the demise of
North Ferriby United. On a new artificial pitch . Up the Bucks.

It’s just a Liverpool/Premier select team, the proper Liverpool Legends team are playing Milan at Anfield.

Do you need to have bought in advance for that? Or just flash your season ticket at the turnstiles?

I think I'm right in saying that you can PATG with the season ticket to get the discount. I've not been for a while though, so if anyone else knows and can clarify it would be appreciated.

Similar to me, it was certainly the case a couple of seasons ago when I last went, you just showed your season ticket at the turnstyle. Quite a novel experience, half the crowd seemed to be made up of Hibs and Hearts fans queuing up together outside (yes there was a mini queue!) with their own clubs respective season tickets in hand.

EC have a had a good season although have fallen off a little in recent weeks, enjoy the game those that attend, I have to say the match I went to against Arbroath was perhaps the poorest game I have ever seen and in 50 plus years of being devoted to the beautiful game is quite a statement. It was a shocker.
