Looked like someone in the FF lower was taken ill during the first half also

I saw a few people tending a guy in a doorway just near the big neon sign but this was probably at 1.30pm as I was driving by. He didn't look great from the brief glimpse I had.

It was belting down at the time too so perhaps it was this incident she saw?
