It’s not a work permit that is slowing things down. If you look into most transfers between English and Scottish clubs this is the norm.

There is no chance Celtic would sign Efe. He was a great player for us but his time at Celtic will forever be remembered by their fans for his car crash performances in the champions league. I think he will just do a Scott Allan and sit with his feet up while watching his bank balance grow.
