Sorry to create a thread just to ask this, I’m sure it’s been asked many times but I’ve ignored them because of my season ticket.

Can you scan your ticket via your phone rather than printing off?

I've done it quite a few times before. Strangely mine doesn't scan from the 'live' email but works first time if I take a screenshot and scan that. No idea why. You might have to turn up your screen brightness all the way

Mind and turn your phone brightness to full.

Done it many times and it works fine but be a bit careful the stewards don't see you. I once had a jobsworth steward telling me that it's not allowed and she made me go to the ticket office to wait in a massive queue to get a ticket printed with exactly the same bar code on it. Missed the first 20 minutes.
