Unfortunately not able to afford to go to the Hibs Scottish Cup match v Celtic. I see it is on Premier Sports- what pubs in Edinburgh will be showing it?

You'll probably spend more than the £25 ticket price in a pub going by the price of bevy these days.

Thanks!
To the others, I appreciate it is not a great message to send on a fans forum but if I could afford the £26 ticket I would be there. A drink costs considerably less!
I will support the team however I can.

Too right!!! A bottle of Bulmers is £1 at the supermarket but £4 plus in a pub.

I know it is not like for like but it tastes the same...

OP has my sympathies.

Been there when I couldn't afford to go and there was no wall to wall telly then.

I'm on the 7.50 flight to London that evening - could just about make the first half live - but not sure I could tear myself away in time to get to the airport. Is it on anywhere out west (or does anyone know whether the 'spoons at the airport will have it on)?

Platform 5 will probably show it.

You won't get it at the airport.

Give Platform 5 a call.

Ta - will do.

Not sure platform five is sufficiently far west - looks like I'd need to leave about 6.45 (tram takes 25+ mins from Haymarket) to get to the airport for 7.20 - is there anywhere further west - would any of the airport hotels have it on?

You don't always need to have a bevy. I watched the Runavik away tie in the H&C and had 3 pints of lime & soda at a cost of £3.00.
