Ordered the away kit that was released on Aztec back in early January and there’s still no sign of it.

I also contacted them via their website and had no reply.

Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Hi mate.

I did aswell.

I contacted them and they replied about 11 days ago, chinese new year has caused a huge backlog with DHL.

Did you get a tracking number?, ive been checking on it, there was nowt for a month apart from it arriving in dhl's facility in thailand.

it updated the other day, saying it was now in another dhl facility in thailand and had then left it.

I think it's finally on its way now

Does anyone know what I can do about this?I've ordered a few tops from them. They usually take 3/4 weeks. Last 1 I ordered got held up in customs for weeks for some reason? I've always received them in the end though!

I ordered a Hibs strip from Aztec Retro last year and took about 5-6 weeks to arrive. So I would be wary if you’re ordering one as a birthday gift etc.

Regardless I was very happy with the quality and I’ll definitely order shirts from them in future.

Strange, as I've ordered quite a few shirts from Aztec and never once had any issue. Always an excellent service. Might just be unlucky.
