Yeah there is a difference between kids prices and youths, I only had Adults and youth in my basket :aok:

Fairly decent prices, Students & OAP's are £12 as well for season ticket holders.

Not "publicly" but if your a ST holder there should be a notification to say your tickets are reserved, but I don't know how long they are held for before a general sale, should be announced soon.

Sorry, maybe wasn't clear, I looked in to my account and there was a "notification" to say 3 tickets (my group) were reserved, so apologies, not technically in my basket :wink::aok:

That was a 2 minute job for me just now. I chose "Add access to card," no problems at all.

I never got a confirmatory e mail for the Raith cup tie but thankfully there were no problems at the turnstiles.

Got mine through ok. You should probably check your spam folder.

I have, and requested another confirmation email. Not overly fussed as I can see the transaction in my history. Always had problems receiving these (although have had some).

It is about time ticketmaster were shown the door - absolutely shocking service... never goes smoothly...

I'll try to get my season ticket seats again tomorrow and if it's not fixed we'll end up just watching on TV

Because I don’t have the time to faf about day after day with a website that doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for about 3 hours today and I will give it another go tomorrow and if it’s not working then that’s 4 of us not going to bother

The recent Ticketmaster issues appear to have been resolved for the majority of supporters – if you are still experiencing issues with purchasing please refresh the page. We are expecting a final resolution for the remaining issues through a software update this week.

Got access added to my ST card a few minutes ago. The process was painfully slow though and I thought I was going to be timed out before my purchase was completed.

I’m having the same issue mate. Pain in the backside but I’ll try up till Sunday night and if no luck visit the ticket office on Monday lunchtime

Not everyone can get to the ticket office though. I’m going to leave it tomorrow and try again at the weekend. If it’s not resolved by then Hibs should extend the season ticket deadline until it is.

Not a good experience again. 5 attempts to get through to payment page as kept on timing out. When I did pay, it timed out again and came up with an error. Not had a confirmation email but online account says ticket purchased, and have a pending deduction in bank account. I assume access has been added to card but wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't and end up in a long queue to the ticket office trying to fix it on the day. Not good this problem hasn't been fixed yet.

Same here. Four in our group have tried numerous times today and only one has managed to get in. I’ve tried on several devices and different browsers. Not got logged in once.

More time wasted without being able to buy a ticket. Two attempts on my mobile this afternoon timed out and another couple of attempts at home on the PC. Last time I couldn't get tickets online at all and had to go to the ticket office. Ticketing from loyalty points down to online ordering is a total mess and I would imagine we lost a few bums on seats for the Raith game and it may happen again if they don't sort it out.

I’ve tried again tonight. Won’t even let me into the site.. I’ll persist again tomorrow, but this has gone on for far too long. Trying to get tickets for away games is bad enough, but doesn’t really hurt the club, but for home games, I’m wondering how many people are getting totally fed up with this and will end up not bothering.

Managed to get in this morning and get my ticket successfully, but again the site/process is painfully slow.

Right, just in case anybody's as thick as me buying cup tickets. After several attempts on 3 web browsers the penny dropped.
Click on My account-reserved seats and away you go. :doh:

I attended the ticket office at lunch time yesterday and there was a steady cue of folk updating their season tickets for the Celtic game.
Good to hear folk are having more success online today.
