I am being treated to this for the first time. Im normally an East Stand pleb.
If the 'pre match appearance of an ex player' is not Amadou Konte I am walking out in a fury.
Im also going to drink the place dry and make an erse of myself.

I wasnt that brutal about Whittaker was I? Theres so many Hibs players i have irrational dislike of, ive forgotten who they are.

Think you will be disappointed regarding the drink as they limit it to what you get.

Make sure you order double or triple rounds as the service is notoriously slow, probably to try and limit what you get to drink without actually admitting it. Free drink yes, very slow to deliver it though.

Done hospitality 4 or 5 times including Saturday just gone. VERY good with the speed of drinks. Would say I had 1.5 drinks in front of me most of the time.

Ignore the pish about slow service and drinks limit.

We just told the young lady serving our table that she was on an excellent tip if the drinks order kept pace with our level of drinking.

Suffice to say we got pished, she got a good tip - everyones happy.

Technically there is a limit on the number of drinks, but we were well over it. As long as you can handle it and dotn act the goat, theres no issue.

Yep, we all chucked a fiver in each at the start.

The limit is meant to be 8 drinks. We were WELL over that. And that’s not including the wine on the table that they replace at your request too.

Its not pish then is it.

I was there for a Derby, the 2-0 win when Malonga and Alagui scored and it was heaving so maybe that hampered the drinks service but it was slow.

Probs my typo, shouldn't have said pish (as there is technically a limit) but should have called it HCs moaning pish😁

Yes. They take your order before the game and have your drink sitting waiting for you to drown your sorrows. :greengrin

They close the bar about 1730 I think. (Or the equivalent got a non-3pm game).

No complaints on the service from me. Been several times and I can honestly say I've never sat with an empty glass in front of me.

I got lucky the last time I was there as nobody else at the table was drinking red wine so I had a bottle to myself. That combined with all the other drinks that arrived on the table for me means I don't remember too much about our 2-2 draw with Dundee in November, which is probably a good thing! :drunk:
