How's everyone feeling ahead of it? I'm looking forward to it. Was a bit of a strange atmosphere against Aberdeen as everyone was still a bit confused/deflated by the previous manager leaving. Think it will be better this time and it's a game we should be winning to kickstart the Heckingbottom era.

Hibs 3-0 Hamilton Flo, mcnulty x2

Here’s hoping for the new manager bounce. Hibs players should have plenty of motivation and find that extra gear when needed.

Hamilton normally start to put together a few results at this stage of the season and perform a 'great escape' - We should have too much for them though - 2-1 Hibs, McNulty and Gauld.

I'm hoping for a Heck of a win.

I thought he came over really well in his interview and I’d be very disappointed if there’s a sea of empty ST holder seats on Saturday. So I’m predicting a full home end backing our players and new manager to a big win.

I'll settle for 2-0, and with St Johnstone and Livingston on the slide top 6 could be possible!
Motherwell however are our main contenders now!!!

Hibs win.

Couldn’t really have chosen a better game to start with.

Hibs win.

Couldn’t really have chosen a better game to start with.

I'm not sure about that. Early signs of improvement for Hamilton under Brian Rice, St.Mirren @ home would have been ideal.

No chips in the kiosks, the bookies in the West closed, terrible twisting pies, poor tannoy system in the east

Stockdale talked about a whirlwind couple of days in getting his assistant job and I doubt it will seem like any less of a whirlwind, for everyone, by the time Saturday comes.

You can't change philosophy or mindset in a couple of training sessions. I expect just a solid performance and hope that some kind of extra impetus from having a new management team can carry us through.

For sure, everyone will know each other a bit better after a result or two and will have that marker to build on.

A win and no injuries would do just fine.
That would leave the management team 6 days to get their **** together for the Dundee game.
There is no room for anymore mess ups against any team outside the top 5.
Top 6 is a must.
